By entering for Miss Teen South Africa, you are automatically entered into the Face of Miss Teen South Africa Competition. This is a voting competition. Winners are selected by the number of votes they receive from their friends and family. Voting can be done via the Voting page
To have your voting frame loaded onto the Website and Facebook page, please submit 1 photograph to info@pageants.co.za using the guidelines below
- A plain white background
- Full length photo facing directly towards the camera
- Professional quality (high quality) photos
- Full length & torso shots
- Smartly dressed
- Elegant and tasteful
- Only you in the photograph
- Smiling
- Facing the camera and in the centre of the frame
- Portfolio type shot
- Please do not wear a white dress in the image as a white dress is lost in a white background and is difficult to manipulate.
- You may wear any smart wear or evening wear outfit of your choice for these photos.

Clothing Requirements :

Judging Criteria :
Evening wear only – one outfit
All contestants will walk a 1 & 1/2 T-ramp in evening wear and will be judged on-ramp technique, poise, posture, personality, natural beauty as well as overall look.
All participants must please prepare a 30 second (ONLY) introduction which includes name, age & hobbies, etc. which they will introduce themselves on stage with. There will not be formal interviews at all. Should the contestant’s introduction exceed 30 seconds, the music will be raised to notify the judges. Once the contestant exceeds 40 seconds, the microphone will be turned off.

Hair & Make-Up :
It is RECOMMENDED that all female contestants 13+ have their hair and make-up done by the professional make-up artists and hair stylists from Alicious Beauty.
Appointments with the Hair & Make-up artists MUST be done in advance please.

Entry Fees :
| Entry Fee | R950.00 | if paid before the 30th of September. |
| Entry Fee | R1100,00 | if paid after 30th September. (R150,00 late payment fee.) |
Rules :
Pageants SA does NOT process any refunds for entry fees, spectator tickets or Pageants SA Shop purchases.
Spectator tickets do not include food or beverage.
Food and beverage can be purchased from the venue on the day.
The organiser reserves the right to merge age groups, as deemed necessary, depending on the number of entries received per age group.
