PLEASE NOTE: All contestants in the 19 and over FEMALE category will not be participating at this event. We have opened the MISS, MS, MS ELITE, MRS & MRS CLASSIC categories to include all 54 African Countries and this pageant will now take place on the 12 – 22 Nov 2020.

- Tiny 5-6 years

Clothing Requirements :
Casual Wear
For ALL contestants – Male & Female!
PLAIN BLUE denim jeans (No holes, bling, flowers etc.) with the Official Pageants SA T-Shirt which you are to purchase from the Pageants SA shop. To be worn for casual wear judging.
Evening Wear
Please note evening wear may be any style, design or colour, however, BALLGOWNS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN ANY AGE GROUP.
Females :
3-12 years | Party Wear. Short, knee length dresses. No long dresses are permitted in these age groups! Dresses with tails, trains or capes are not permitted. All parts of the dress are to be knee length. Marks WILL be DEDUCTED if these requirements are not met! Heels should not be excessively high. NO MAKE-UP! |
13 years & over | Long or short. Tails, trains and capes are permitted. |
Males :
All Ages | Dress suit or Tuxedo |
Judging Criteria :
Cocktail / Smart / High Fashion Wear – one outfit
All contestants will walk a 1 & 1/2 T-ramp in Cocktail / Smart / High Fashion Wear and will be judged on ramp technique, poise, posture, personality, natural beauty as well as overall look.
All participants must please prepare a 30 second (ONLY) introduction which includes name, age & hobbies, etc. which they will introduce themselves on stage with. There will not be formal interviews at all. Should the contestant’s introduction exceed 30 seconds, the music will be raised to notify the judges. Once the contestant exceeds 40 seconds, the microphone will be turned off.
There will NOT be any Interviews whatsoever.

Hair & Make-Up :
It is RECOMMENDED that all female contestants 13+ have their hair and make-up done by the professional make-up artists and hair stylists from Alicious Beauty.
Appointments with the Hair & Make-up artists MUST be done in advance please.

Entry Fees :
Please note discounted entry fee dates:
Entry Fee | R600.00 | if paid on or before the 30th of March. |
Entry Fee | R750.00 | if paid on or before the 15th of May. |
Entry Fee | R750.00 | if paid after the 15th of May. (Late payment fee of R100.00) |
Rules :
Pageants SA does NOT process any refunds for entry fees, spectator tickets or Pageants SA Shop purchases.
Spectator tickets do not include food or beverage.
Food and beverage can be purchased from the venue on the day.
The organiser reserves the right to merge age groups, as deemed necessary, depending on the number of entries received per age group.
